Enjoy a beautiful sunset on upper Chesapeake Bay, aboard Lasata. Various nights throughout the week we gather at the dock at Sailing Associates Marina an hour before sunset to motor down the Sassafras River toward the Bay. We are underway a half hour before sunset and head back for a half hour evening ride back to the dock.Bring your favorite bottle of wine (or other beverage), snacks and don't forget your camera, for a sunset on one of the most scenic rivers in the Upper Chesapeake Bay area. You might consider combing your Sunset Cruise with a dinner at one of the local restaurants in the area, like the Granary or The Kitty Knight, for an after dinner cruise. Either way, this is a "must do" once or twice a summer season.
